Lanora House Lettings is the letting side of Lanora House, the family run business from Hayle. We find good tenants, keep every certificate in date, chase the rent and fix things with our own trades.

Gas safety, electrics, EPC, smoke and CO alarms, deposit protection and the documents your tenant must be given: tracked, renewed and evidenced, with reminders long before anything lapses.
Rent, chased
Rent collected into a separate client account, arrears followed up the same day, and a clear statement every month.
Repairs, done
Our own Lanora House team handles clearances, turnarounds and many repairs, so a void is a week, not a month.
